Affordable Kauai Residential Home and Condominium Inspections |
 About Southshore Home Service:
We perform Hawaii residential home and condominium property inspections on the island of Kauai. Each inspection consists of a complete physical and visual, on-site examination. This physical inspection typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours. This inspection is a very thorough check of the property. We observe the component systems (i.e. electrical, plumbing, appliances), operate them, and report on their condition. The structure is observed and tested from the foundation to the roof. | We crawl under the house, access the attic, climb onto the roof, and generally check every square inch of the building. Safety issues, such as fire protection, proper electrical installations, are a major focus of our inspections. The inspector will prepare a comprehensive computer generated 20-page report detailing the condition of the property, and any defects or major repair problems observed. The general condition of the building is described and maintenance/repair concerns are detailed. The inspection and report are an objective look at the property. Emotional considerations do not influence the home inspector, as may be the case for both the buyer and seller. After the physical inspection we will usually deliver the inspection report the same day. The report can be emailed in a "PDF" file, on cd-rom, faxed or in print. Request Information |
